Order policy:
- It takes 10 to 15 working days to customize the abayas, excluding Fridays and Saturdays, God willing, less and it will arrive (except for the seasons), subject to increase.
Models made with embroidery or embroidery take up to 20 working days to complete
- Threads are an integral part of the abaya and are not considered a manufacturing defect since the abaya is made of threads. Please cut it with scissors and do not pull it
Conditions for replacement or return if there is a defect or does not conform to what was agreed upon
We will be contacted directly on the same day of receipt
Please ensure that the product is in good condition, unused and as received in completely new condition with all accessories
-The delivery representative receives the item within (1-2) days. The item is examined by the team to ensure that the conditions mentioned above are met. The product is exchanged for the same period of order or the amount is returned according to the payment method, and the amount reaches the customer within 10 working days.
If the conditions are not met, the item will not be exchanged or returned, and the item will be sent to the customer again. The customer will bear the shipping cost
There is no exchange or return after implementation
Based on what was issued by the (Ministry of Commerce) regarding custom-made products, which stipulates that the product that is custom-made based on the customer’s request cannot be replaced or refunded.
Unless the product does not conform to the specifications or has an obvious defect on the part of the store that cannot be repaired and is not caused by misuse by the customer.
Therefore, we stress the importance of choosing the appropriate size and reviewing the policies before completing the order.
- Shipping outside the Kingdom is done with DHL at a price based on weight. The customer may be charged customs fees in rare cases, according to the customs rates in the customer’s country.
- The store does not bear responsibility for not washing the product properly (it is recommended to wash the abaya in specialized laundromats)
- There is no modification to the abaya model or any other additions that are shown only
- The order cannot be canceled while the order status is (in progress)
- If the customer does not receive the order and the shipment is returned to the store by the shipping company, the customer must pay the shipping cost again for the new shipment (return shipping requires issuing a new policy worth 30 riyals)
- Following up and receiving the shipment from the shipping company is the responsibility of the customer, not the store
Special sizes:
- If you would like a special size, please write that in the notes
- We will contact you regarding confirmation of the measurements, and if you want to know the measurement method, a table and the measurement method are attached at the bottom of the website page, or you can contact us on WhatsApp to explain that, or write that in the order notes, and we will contact you.
- The customer is responsible for the measurement numbers. If any wrong measurement number is sent, the store is not responsible. The customer’s size will be made exactly according to his request.
Cancellation or modification policy
It is allowed to cancel or modify the order before completing the order one hour
-In case of cancellation
2.20% will be deducted from the value of the amount paid via (Tabby), (Visa), or (Tamara).
1.21% is deducted from the value of the amount paid through (Mada)
