If an exchange is agreed upon, the exchange period is only 3 working days, and no exchanges will be accepted after this period.
2- If the abaya arrives to the customer with a manufacturing defect or fault, the abaya will be returned or exchanged, and the customer will be compensated with a discount code for future orders.
3- The product must be in its original condition and must not have been previously used, and all the attached labels must be intact and undamaged, and it must be wrapped in the original packaging. (In the event that the product is returned without its accessories, its value will be deducted from the refunded amount.)
4- The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure the abaya is undamaged. The customer is responsible for paying the full shipping cost if she wishes to exchange the abaya. For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and for handing the abaya over to the shipping company. In case of any defects or errors on the part of the store, the customer will be compensated.
5- In case of order return, shipping fees will not be refunded (shipping and return fees are 60 riyals).
1- If the abaya is tailored to her request or made to special sizes, this excludes products that have a defect or that do not conform to the specifications set by the customer.
4- If a defect appears in the abaya due to misuse by the customer, or if the abaya was washed contrary to the washing instructions included with the abaya and explained in the abaya's description box.

If the return is approved, the shipping label will be sent to the customer, and the customer will deliver the order to the nearest branch of the shipping company.
The order must be delivered to the shipping company branch within two days of the policy issuance date at the latest to avoid cancellation of the return request.
You will be informed of the reorder procedure and served directly once your order is received and the safety of the products and accessories is confirmed.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the order from the shipping company. (Shipping fees are non-refundable if the product is returned.)
Return policy:

In case of cancellation or return of the order, Tabby and Tamara's commission of 7% + 15% on the commission + 1.5 riyals if the payment was made through them will be deducted when the refund is issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
