Exchange and Return Policy




  • 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, tailored abayas cannot be returned or exchanged except in the event of a manufacturing defect in the piece, and this is within a maximum period of 3 days only from receiving the abaya , in accordance with the store’s policy. No abaya will be received after the expiry of the period, according to the Ministry of Commerce.)
  • If a return policy is issued, the customer must deliver the shipment within 3 working days, otherwise the return will be canceled.

(All orders are monitored before shipping to ensure there are no manufacturing defects, but if there are any, they are well-known and very apparent to the store, for example, a sewing defect, etc., so the store is not responsible for any error made by the customer himself .)

If an agreement is reached on an exchange, the exchange period is only 3 working days, and after this period there will be no exchange.

2- If the abaya reaches the customer with a manufacturing defect or fault, the abaya will be returned or exchanged and the customer will be compensated with a discount code for future orders.

3- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used before, with all tags attached, not removed or damaged, and in its original packaging. (If the product is returned without its accessories, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.)


4- The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure the safety of the abaya, and the customer bears the full shipping cost if she wants to exchange the abaya. In the case of an international exchange, the customer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the abaya to the shipping company. In the event of defects or an error by the store, the customer will be compensated.

5- In the event of a return of the order, the shipping fees will not be refunded (the shipping cost and the return cost are 60 riyals)


The customer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases:


1- If the abaya is custom-made or cut to special sizes, this excludes products that have a defect or that do not meet the specifications specified by the customer.

4- If a defect appears in the abaya due to the customer’s misuse or if the abaya was washed in a manner contrary to the washing instructions attached to the abaya and shown in the abaya description box.


Please note that:

If the return is approved, the shipping policy will be sent to the customer, and the customer will deliver the order to the nearest branch of the shipping company.

The request must be delivered to the shipping company branch within two days from the date of issuing the policy at most, to avoid cancellation of the return request.

You will be informed of the return method and will be served directly once your order is received and the products and accessories are in good condition.


The amount will be refunded within 10 working days from the date we receive the order from the shipping company. (Shipping fees will not be refunded in the event of a product return.)


Return Terms:

- The return request must be made within two days from the date of receiving the product.

- The product must be in its original condition and all tags must be intact.

- A 7% discount will be applied to Tabby and Tamara if payment is made through them when the amount is returned, in addition to the fact that shipping amounts are not refundable.

-The product packaging must be attached to the product and must be intact and undamaged.
