Ordering policy:
- Tailoring abayas takes 10 to 15 working days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays, God willing. Delivery time may be shorter (excluding peak seasons) and may be longer.
Designs that involve beading or embroidery can take up to 20 working days to complete.
- The loose threads are an integral part of the abaya and are not considered a manufacturing defect, as the abaya is made of threads. Please cut them with scissors and do not pull them.
Conditions for exchange or return in case of defect or non-conformity to what was agreed upon
We will contact you directly on the same day of receipt.
Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, exactly as it was received, and with all accessories.
The delivery representative will receive the item within (1-2) days. The item will be inspected by the team to ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above. The product will be exchanged within the same order period, or a refund will be issued according to the payment method. The refund will reach the customer within 10 business days.
If the conditions are not met, there will be no exchange or refund, and the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
No exchange or refund after completion
Based on what was issued by the Ministry of Commerce regarding custom-made products, it states that a product made to order by the customer is neither exchanged nor refunded.
Unless the product does not conform to specifications or has a clear defect due to the store that cannot be repaired, and not due to misuse by the customer.
Therefore, we emphasize the importance of choosing the appropriate size and reviewing the policies before completing the order.
- Shipping outside the Kingdom is done with DHL at a price based on weight. In rare cases, the customer may be charged customs fees according to the customs rates in the customer’s country.
- The store is not responsible for the product not being washed correctly (it is recommended to wash the abaya at specialized laundries).
- There are no modifications to the abaya design or any other additions; only the displayed item is available.
- The order cannot be cancelled when the order status is (in progress).
- If the customer does not receive the order and the shipment is returned to the store by the shipping company, the customer must pay the shipping fee again for the new shipment (reshipping requires issuing a new waybill for 30 riyals).
- Tracking and receiving the shipment from the shipping company is the customer's responsibility, not the store's.
Special sizes:
- If you require a custom size, please specify this in the notes.
- We will contact you to confirm your measurements. If you would like to know how to measure, a measurement chart and instructions are available at the bottom of the website. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp for clarification or write your request in the order notes, and we will get back to you.
- The customer is responsible for the measurements provided. If any incorrect measurements are sent, the store is not responsible. The customer's size will be fulfilled exactly as requested.
Cancellation or modification policy
Order cancellation or modification is permitted up to one hour after the order is placed.
-In case of cancellation
The payment gateway fee is deducted from the amount paid via (Tabby), (Visa), or (Tamara).
A fee of 1.21% is deducted from the amount paid via (Mada).
